1. “Is the market crashing?”
Nope. It’s a correction, not a crash.
Local Insight: Home values surged post-pandemic, and now they’ve settled a bit. But inventory remains low and demand is steady. We’re not seeing distress or oversupply — in fact, many properties under $750K are still getting strong interest.
2. “Are interest rates going to drop?”
Maybe later this year. But when they do, expect a buyer surge.
Local Insight: Lower rates are likely to return gradually, not overnight. And when they dip, so does your negotiating power. Right now, buyers have room to negotiate with less competition.
3. “Where’s the best value?”
Skye Canyon, Kyle Canyon, the Northwest, North Las Vegas and parts of Henderson.
Local Insight: These areas offer modern homes, community amenities, and more value per square foot than core Summerlin or Strip-adjacent spots. Whether you’re looking for a primary residence or investment property, they’re worth exploring.
4. “New build or resale?”
Depends on your goals.
Local Insight: Builders are offering incredible incentives right now — rate buydowns, closing cost help, and quick move-in homes. But resale homes can offer better locations, mature landscaping, and negotiating flexibility. Let’s talk through what works best for your timeline.
5. “Is now the right time?”
