The Ellie Awards are Douglas Elliman’s annual recognition of top-performing agents across the company based on production and performance. Being recognized within a national luxury brokerage known for representing some of the most exceptional properties in the country was incredibly meaningful.

But like most things in real estate, the story behind the numbers is where things get interesting.

After nearly two decades in the Las Vegas real estate market, one thing has become very clear to me:

This business runs on trust and relationships.

Many of my clients come through my sphere of influence—past clients, referrals, friends, and families who continue to trust me to guide them through some of the most important decisions they’ll ever make.

That trust is something I never take lightly.

In recent years, another unexpected part of my business has grown: YouTube.

My channel, Living in Las Vegas with The New Home Experts, started as a way to share insights about the market and what it’s actually like to live here.

It turns out… a lot of people were wondering the same things.

Today the channel covers topics like:

• 55+ communities and retirement options in Las Vegas
• Las Vegas housing market trends
• Neighborhood tours and relocation advice

For many buyers moving here from California, the East Coast, or across the country, YouTube has become the first step in understanding the Las Vegas lifestyle.

And I love being able to provide that perspective.

The Las Vegas Market Never Stands Still

If you’ve been watching the Las Vegas market lately, you already know—it’s always evolving.

Areas like Summerlin West, Grand Park Village, and the northwest valley continue to expand with new communities, infrastructure, and long-term development plans.

Some weeks the market feels fast.
Some weeks it feels slow.
