Every once in a while in this business you get a moment to pause, look around, and thinkโฆ wow, weโve come a long way.

During my time with Douglas Elliman Real Estate โ one of the nationโs premier luxury real estate brokerages โ I was honored to receive the Ellie Gold Award, placing me among the Top 15% of agents company-wide.
Within my office, I was also ranked:
โข #4 in sales volume
โข #5 in gross commission income
The Ellie Awards are Douglas Ellimanโs annual recognition of top-performing agents across the company based on production and performance. Being recognized within a national luxury brokerage known for representing some of the most exceptional properties in the country was incredibly meaningful.
But like most things in real estate, the story behind the numbers is where things get interesting.
Real Estate Is a Relationship Business (Always Has Been)
After nearly two decades in the Las Vegas real estate market, one thing has become very clear to me:
This business runs on trust and relationships.
Many of my clients come through my sphere of influenceโpast clients, referrals, friends, and families who continue to trust me to guide them through some of the most important decisions theyโll ever make.
That trust is something I never take lightly.
Whether Iโm helping someone relocate to Las Vegas, navigate a new construction purchase in Summerlin or Skye Canyon, or thoughtfully position a home for sale, my goal has always been the same:
Provide clear information so clients can make smart decisions.
From the Sphere to YouTube
In recent years, another unexpected part of my business has grown: YouTube.
My channel, Living in Las Vegas with The New Home Experts, started as a way to share insights about the market and what itโs actually like to live here.
It turns outโฆ a lot of people were wondering the same things.
Today the channel covers topics like:
โข New construction communities in Summerlin
โข 55+ communities and retirement options in Las Vegas
โข Las Vegas housing market trends
โข Neighborhood tours and relocation advice
For many buyers moving here from California, the East Coast, or across the country, YouTube has become the first step in understanding the Las Vegas lifestyle.
And I love being able to provide that perspective.
The Las Vegas Market Never Stands Still
If youโve been watching the Las Vegas market lately, you already knowโitโs always evolving.
Areas like Summerlin West, Grand Park Village, and the northwest valley continue to expand with new communities, infrastructure, and long-term development plans.
Some weeks the market feels fast.
Some weeks it feels slow.
But one thing remains constant:
Opportunity tends to favor the informed.
Thatโs part of what inspired my Vegas Confidential blogโsharing the inside stories, trends, and insights shaping the Las Vegas real estate market.
Grateful for the Clients Who Make It All Possible
Awards like the Ellie Gold Award at Douglas Elliman are ultimately a reflection of something much more important:
The people who trusted me along the way.
To my clients, colleagues, and everyone who has referred a friend, shared a video, or picked up the phone to talk real estate with meโthank you.
Your support means the world.
And if youโre thinking about buying or selling a home in Las Vegas, Iโm always happy to help you navigate the process.
You can also follow along on my YouTube channel for regular insights on the market, new communities, and whatโs really happening across the valley.
